This policy applies to paid FinKut subscriptions. FinKut is operated by FINKUT LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid FinKut subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, once per customer.
Free trials
If your plan starts with a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you stay, the 14-day guarantee starts on the day of your first payment, so trying the product first does not use it up.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How to request a refund
Email support@finkut.com from the address linked to your account with the date of purchase. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider. When a payment is refunded, the paid access it bought ends.
Payments are handled by Link (Stripe)
Purchases are sold through Link, the merchant of record operated by Stripe. Link processes payments, refunds, receipts, and invoices on our behalf, and your purchase is also subject to Link’s terms. You can also ask Link’s order support for help with a payment; Link may, in some cases, refund a purchase within 60 days of the payment. A refund made by Link ends the paid access it bought, as any other refund does.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, and some other countries have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription (shorter periods apply in a few countries). Where the law or Link’s terms give you more than this page does, the higher level of protection applies.
Refunds we may decline
Outside your statutory rights, a refund request may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or a breach of our Terms of Service.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
